Connectum, as the data controller, may collect, store and use your personal data for lawful purposes:<\/span><\/p>\n

Why we may transfer your personal data<\/span><\/h3>\n

We may share your personal data within Connectum to obligations between differnet parts of the company.<\/span><\/p>\n

In addition, your personal data may be shared with fund administrators or vendors (e.g. IT support) that Connectum has entered into non-disclosure agreements with.<\/span><\/p>\n

Registered personal data will be reported to public authorities if there is a statutory duty of providing information.<\/span><\/p>\n

The data protection measures we take<\/span><\/h3>\n

Any transfer of personal data by us shall be subject to appropriate safeguards being in place in accordance with the conditions in the Data Protection Legislation.\u00a0We and our duly authorised delegates shall apply appropriate information security measures designed to protect data in our possession from unauthorised access by third parties or any form of computer corruption.<\/span><\/p>\n
